How to buy

TAGRA Shop sells TAGRA program licences and the DOWNLOAD BOX, DOWNLOAD STATION and card reader hardware directly from the manufacturer, Truck Data Technology, s.r.o. Shopping takes just a few minutes.

Try before you buy

Not sure which edition you need? Try the TAGRA program free of charge for 30 days first: tagra.app. The trial lets you check that the program works with your computer, card reader and tachographs.

Ordering step by step

1. Choose your products. Pick a TAGRA edition, hardware or a bundle (licence + DOWNLOAD BOX II S) and add it to the cart.
2. Check the cart. Select the country of delivery. The cart shows prices excluding VAT and the total including VAT that applies to you, plus shipping costs.
3. Enter your details. Fill in your name, e-mail and billing address, and the delivery address if you are ordering hardware. Business customers: enter your company name, company ID and EU VAT ID (see below). If you are buying for personal use, leave the company fields empty.
4. Choose delivery and payment. Licences are delivered electronically free of charge; for hardware choose parcel delivery. Payment is by bank transfer in advance.
5. Confirm the order. Check the summary, agree to the Terms and Conditions and click the order button, which clearly states that the order involves an obligation to pay. Consumers buying a licence: tick the box if you want the licence delivered immediately (see "Licences" below).
6. Pay. Pay by bank transfer using the details in the order confirmation e-mail.
7. Receive your order. We send licences by e-mail and ship hardware after your payment has been received.

Prices and VAT

• All prices are in euro (EUR). Each product shows the price excluding VAT together with the price including VAT for the country of delivery.
• Private customers (consumers) and companies without a valid EU VAT ID pay VAT at the rate of their own country (we account for it through the EU One-Stop-Shop scheme).
• Companies with a valid EU VAT ID (from an EU country other than the Czech Republic) are invoiced without VAT: hardware as an intra-Community supply, licences under the reverse-charge mechanism. Enter your VAT ID including the country prefix (for example DE123456789). We check it automatically in the EU VIES system. If it cannot be verified, we will contact you.
• You receive an invoice (tax document) by e-mail after payment.

Payment methods

• Bank transfer in advance to our EUR account at Fio banka, a.s. The account number (IBAN, BIC) and payment reference are in the order confirmation e-mail. Please pay within 7 days, otherwise the order may be cancelled.

We do not offer payment on invoice, deferred payment or cash on delivery.

Licences – delivery and renewal

• After payment we send you, by e-mail, a link to download the TAGRA program and your licence data for activation, within 2 business days.
• Consumers: you have 14 days to withdraw from a licence purchase. If you want the licence straight away, tick the box in the order form to request immediate delivery. You then lose the right of withdrawal from the licence once it is delivered. If you do not tick the box, we deliver the licence after the 14-day period ends.
• The purchase price includes a 12-month licence period. To keep using the program after that, you renew the licence directly from the TAGRA program by paying the annual licence fee: TAGRA TRUCKER EUR 19, TAGRA 1 and 2 EUR 79, TAGRA 4 and 6 EUR 99, TAGRA MAX EUR 149 (excl. VAT; consumers and customers without a valid EU VAT ID pay VAT of their country on top, and the program shows the price including VAT before you renew). Renewal is never automatic. If the licence is not renewed, the program stops working.
• During each paid licence period you get program updates, including security updates and updates for legal changes, free of charge.

Shipping of hardware

• We ship to all EU countries except the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary. You can order with delivery to any address in these countries, wherever your billing address is.
• Customers in the Czech Republic and Slovakia can buy TAGRA from our TRUCKMALL shops (truckmall.cz, truckmall.sk). Customers in Hungary can buy it from our distributor Rukon Kft.
• Hardware is delivered by a parcel carrier selected by the Seller; the carrier is named in the shipping confirmation. Shipping costs for your country are shown in the cart. We dispatch goods in stock within 3 business days after payment.
• Free USB driver card reader with every TAGRA TRUCKER licence – you pay only a flat shipping charge of EUR 9.90 incl. VAT anywhere in the delivery area.

Returns and complaints

• Consumers can withdraw from a hardware purchase within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason, by e-mail to sales@tagra.app or with the withdrawal form.
• Hardware comes with a 24-month legal guarantee for consumers (24-month warranty for business customers). For TAGRA licences we are responsible for the program working as agreed throughout each paid licence period. Send complaints to sales@tagra.app.
