Download with the key
With the company card in the tachograph, connect DOWNLOAD BOX II S and download the vehicle data. Insert driver cards into the key's integrated reader.
Load into TAGRA
Connect the key to your PC by USB. TAGRA 2 imports the data, evaluates infringements and generates reports.
Archive and meet deadlines
TAGRA stores the data and tracks the legal 28/90-day download deadlines for you.

Don't forget your company card
To download data from the vehicle, a company card must be inserted in the tachograph. You apply for it at the competent authority in your country.
Without an active company card, the tachograph will not allow you to download vehicle data. It acts as your electronic key to the vehicle.

Need downloads without visiting the vehicle?
Have more vehicles, or are they often on the road? DOWNLOAD BOX REMOTE downloads tachograph and driver card data automatically and remotely, straight into the TAGRA program. The unit is installed permanently in the vehicle by a qualified installer.

Is the bundle ready for G2V2 smart tachographs?
Yes. DOWNLOAD BOX II S downloads data from them reliably, and the TAGRA program is fully ready to import, evaluate and archive it.
How often do I have to download data?
Legislation requires you to download driver card data at least every 28 days and tachograph data at least every 90 days. You must archive the data for at least 1 year. We recommend downloading a little more often, so you have a buffer if a driver is unavailable (illness, holiday).
What format is the downloaded data saved in?
Files are saved as .DDD (or .C1B/.V1B depending on the tachograph make). You open and evaluate them in the TAGRA program.
Is the bundle ready for vans from July 2026?
Yes. Both the key and the program are ready for the tachograph requirement for vans of 2.5–3.5 t in international transport, which applies from July 2026.
