You can send the completed form by e-mail to sales@tagra.app or by post to the address below. You can also simply write to us by e-mail that you withdraw from the contract. After you withdraw, we will send you a confirmation of receipt by e-mail.

Important information

• The right of withdrawal applies only to consumers. It does not apply to business customers.
• For physical goods (hardware), the withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you receive the goods. Please send the goods back within 14 days of withdrawing to: Truck Data Technology, s.r.o., U trati 886/52, 100 00 Prague 10, Czech Republic. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
• For TAGRA licences (digital content), the withdrawal period is 14 days from the conclusion of the contract. You lose the right of withdrawal once delivery of the licence has started if you gave your prior express consent to immediate delivery, acknowledged that you would lose the right of withdrawal, and we confirmed this to you by e-mail (in the order confirmation).
• If you withdraw from a TAGRA TRUCKER licence purchase, please also return the free USB driver card reader that came with it. We refund the shipping charge you paid for it.
• We refund all payments, including the cost of the standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or you prove that you have sent them. More details are in Article 10 of our General Terms and Conditions.
