Terms and Conditions
Version 1.0 – effective from 1 November 2026
1. Seller and scope
1.1 These General Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern contracts concluded through the online shop at shop.tagra.app (the "Shop") between the seller and the customer.
1.2 The seller and operator of the Shop is:
- Truck Data Technology, s.r.o.
- Registered office: U trati 886/52, 100 00 Prague 10, Czech Republic
- Company ID (IČO): 27381269
- VAT ID: CZ27381269
- Registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague, file C 115238
- E-mail: sales@tagra.app (sales, orders, complaints and withdrawals)
- Phone: +420 739 005 345 (Monday–Friday, 8:00–16:00 CET)
(the "Seller"). Customer communication and support are provided in English.
1.3 These Terms distinguish between two types of customer:
- Consumer – a natural person who, when concluding and performing the contract, is acting for purposes outside their trade, business, craft or profession;
- Business customer – a natural or legal person acting for purposes relating to their trade, business, craft or profession, including a person acting on behalf of a company or other entity.
Unless a provision states that it applies only to consumers or only to business customers, it applies to both. Provisions that apply only to consumers are marked [Consumers] and provisions that apply only to business customers are marked [B2B].
1.4 Whether a customer is a consumer or a business customer depends on the purpose for which the contract is actually concluded. A customer who enters a company name, company ID or VAT ID in the order declares that they are buying for business purposes. If you are buying for personal use, please do not fill in these fields. Entering business details does not exclude rights that mandatorily belong to a consumer.
1.5 Business customers may agree with the Seller on terms that differ from these Terms. Any such agreement must be in writing, and it prevails over these Terms. The business customer's own terms and conditions do not apply unless the Seller has expressly agreed to them in writing.
1.6 The Shop sells:
- licences for the TAGRA program (editions TAGRA TRUCKER, TAGRA 1, TAGRA 2, TAGRA 4, TAGRA 6 and TAGRA MAX), supplied electronically (digital content);
- hardware made by the Seller: DOWNLOAD BOX II S (also with Wi-Fi), DOWNLOAD STATION (also with Wi-Fi) and a USB smart card reader (physical goods);
- bundles of a TAGRA licence and a DOWNLOAD BOX II S.
1.7 Contracts are concluded in English. The Seller stores each concluded contract in electronic form. After the contract is concluded, the Seller sends the customer the order confirmation by e-mail. These Terms and the model withdrawal form are published at /terms-and-conditions/ and /withdrawal-form/; the customer can store and reproduce them.
2. Delivery territory
2.1 Physical goods are delivered to delivery addresses in the Member States of the European Union, except the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary.
2.2 Any customer may order goods at the same conditions for delivery to an address in the delivery territory, whatever their nationality, place of residence, place of establishment or billing address (including a billing address in the Czech Republic, Slovakia or Hungary).
2.3 TAGRA licences are sold through the Shop to customers whose place of residence or establishment is in an EU Member State other than the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary. Customers in the Czech Republic and Slovakia can buy TAGRA licences and hardware from the Seller's TRUCKMALL shops (truckmall.cz, truckmall.sk). Customers in Hungary can buy them from the Seller's authorised distributor, Rukon Kft.
2.4 The Seller does not block or limit access to the Shop and does not redirect customers to another version of the Shop without their consent. Payment methods offered in the Shop are available on the same conditions whatever the country in the EU where the payment instrument was issued.
3. Customer account
3.1 Customers can place orders with or without registering a customer account. A customer who registers must give accurate and complete information, keep it up to date, and keep their login details confidential.
3.2 The Seller may cancel a customer account that has been inactive for more than 3 years or that is used in breach of these Terms or the law. The Seller will notify the customer by e-mail in advance.
4. Conclusion of the contract
4.1 The presentation of products in the Shop is not a binding offer. The customer makes an offer (order) by completing the order form and confirming it with the order button, which clearly states that the order involves an obligation to pay.
4.2 Before placing the order, the customer can check the order and correct any input errors in the cart and at every step of the order form. Immediately before placing the order, the Shop shows the essential characteristics of the products, the total price including VAT (where applicable), shipping costs, the payment methods and, for TAGRA licences, the length of the licence period and the amount of the annual licence fee (Article 8).
4.3 After the order is placed, the Seller sends an automatic e-mail confirming that the order was received. This confirmation is not an acceptance of the order.
4.4 The contract is concluded when the Seller sends a separate e-mail accepting the order (order confirmation), and no later than when the goods are dispatched or the licence is delivered. The Seller may refuse an order before the contract is concluded, in particular where the product is not available, where the delivery address or customer is outside the territory under Article 2, where the price shown was an obvious error (Article 5.8), or where a VAT ID given cannot be verified (Article 5.5).
4.5 The customer bears their own costs of using means of distance communication (for example internet connection).
5. Prices and VAT
5.1 All prices are in euro (EUR). The Shop shows prices excluding VAT and, alongside them, including VAT at the rate of the selected country of delivery. For consumers, the binding price is the price including VAT. The final price, including VAT and shipping costs, is shown in the cart before the order is placed and is recalculated if the customer changes the country of delivery.
5.2 [Consumers] VAT is charged at the rate of the Member State where the goods are delivered or, for TAGRA licences supplied electronically, the Member State where the consumer resides. The Seller accounts for this VAT through the EU One-Stop-Shop (OSS) scheme.
5.3 [B2B] Hardware. Where goods are dispatched to a business customer in another EU Member State, and the customer gives a VAT ID valid in the VIES system and issued by a Member State other than the Czech Republic, the Seller invoices the goods without VAT as an exempt intra-Community supply. The customer then accounts for acquisition VAT in their own Member State. The customer must give the Seller, on request, any evidence of the transport of the goods needed for the exemption.
5.4 [B2B] TAGRA licences. Where a TAGRA licence is supplied electronically to a business customer established in another EU Member State who gives a VIES-valid VAT ID, the Seller invoices it without VAT under the reverse-charge mechanism. The customer accounts for VAT in their own Member State.
5.5 The Seller checks every VAT ID in the EU VIES system. If the VAT ID is invalid or cannot be verified, the Seller may ask the customer to correct it or to prove their status as a taxable person by other means (Article 18 of Council Implementing Regulation (EU) No 282/2011). If the status is not established, the Seller may charge VAT under Article 5.2 or refuse the order. A business customer who gave incorrect information about their status, VAT ID or address must pay the Seller any VAT, and any related costs, that become due as a result. This does not apply to consumers who gave correct information.
5.6 Shipping costs for the chosen delivery method and country are shown in the cart before the order is placed. VAT on shipping follows the treatment of the goods shipped.
5.7 Where the Shop announces a price reduction, the prior price it refers to is the lowest price applied by the Seller in the 30 days before the reduction.
5.8 If the price shown is an obvious error (for example an obviously wrong number or currency) that the customer must have recognised, the Seller is not obliged to conclude the contract at that price. The Seller will inform the customer without undue delay and refund any amount already paid.
5.9 After payment, the Seller issues a tax document (invoice) and sends it to the customer electronically. This invoice is a confirmation of an order already paid. It is not a way of paying later.
6. Payment
6.1 The customer can pay in these ways:
- Bank transfer in advance to the Seller's EUR account at Fio banka, a.s. The bank details and payment reference are given in the order confirmation;
- online card payment, if this option is offered in the checkout.
6.2 The Seller does not offer payment on invoice, deferred payment, instalments or cash on delivery.
6.3 For bank transfer, the price is paid when the full amount is credited to the Seller's account. If payment is not received within 7 days of the order confirmation, the Seller may withdraw from the contract. The Seller informs the customer by e-mail. Bank fees on the customer's side are paid by the customer.
6.4 Card payments (if offered) are processed by the payment gateway provider. The Seller has no access to the customer's card details.
6.5 The Seller dispatches goods and delivers licences only after the price has been paid in full.
7. Delivery of goods (hardware) and shipping
7.1 Goods are delivered by carrier to the delivery address given in the order. Goods are delivered by a parcel carrier selected by the Seller; the carrier is named in the shipping confirmation. TAGRA licences are delivered electronically free of charge.
7.2 The Seller dispatches goods in stock within 3 business days after the payment is credited. The expected delivery time for each country is shown in the Shop. The goods are delivered no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded, unless a different deadline is stated for the product.
7.3 [Consumers] If the Seller does not deliver the goods within the agreed deadline, the consumer may set an additional period of reasonable length for delivery. If the goods are not delivered within that additional period, the consumer may withdraw from the contract. The consumer may withdraw immediately, without setting an additional period, where the law allows (for example where the Seller has refused to deliver, or where the delivery deadline was essential).
7.4 Free USB driver card reader with TAGRA TRUCKER. Every TAGRA TRUCKER licence bought in the Shop comes with a USB driver card reader free of charge (a gift linked to the purchase of the licence). The customer pays only a flat shipping charge of EUR 9.90 including VAT for delivery to any country in the delivery territory. The reader is given on the condition that the TAGRA TRUCKER licence contract remains in force. If a consumer withdraws from the TAGRA TRUCKER licence contract (where this is still possible under Article 9), the gift arrangement also ends. The consumer then returns the reader under Article 10.4, and the Seller refunds the shipping charge paid under Article 10.3.
7.5 The customer should check the shipment on delivery and report visible damage to the package to the carrier and to the Seller. This does not affect a consumer's rights from defective performance.
7.6 [Consumers] The risk of loss of or damage to the goods passes to the consumer when the consumer, or a third party named by the consumer (other than the carrier), receives the goods. If the consumer commissioned a carrier that the Seller did not offer, the risk passes when the goods are handed over to that carrier.
7.7 [B2B] The risk of loss of or damage to the goods passes to the business customer when the goods are handed over to the first carrier for transport to the customer.
7.8 Ownership of the goods passes to the customer when the full price has been paid and the goods have been received.
8. TAGRA licences (digital content)
8.1 Nature of the licence. Buying a TAGRA licence gives the customer the right to use the TAGRA program for a licence period of 12 months. Continued use after this period requires a paid renewal (Article 8.6). If the licence is not renewed, the program stops working. Product pages and the cart state this before the order is placed.
8.2 Delivery. After payment (and, for consumers, subject to Article 9), the Seller sends the customer, by e-mail, a link to download the installer of the TAGRA program and the licence data needed to activate it. The licence is delivered within 2 business days after the payment is credited. The start of the licence period is stated in the e-mail with the licence data.
8.3 Scope of the licence. The Seller grants the customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the TAGRA program in the purchased edition and within its scope (number of vehicles, drivers, installations or users), as stated in the product description. The program is protected by copyright. The customer may not copy, modify, decompile, rent out, resell or sublicense it, or make it available to third parties, except where mandatory law allows. Detailed licence terms are in the end-user licence agreement (EULA), which the customer can read and save before placing the order. If the EULA conflicts with these Terms, these Terms prevail.
8.4 Functionality, compatibility and interoperability. The product description states, before the order is placed: the main functions of the edition; the supported operating systems; the minimum hardware; the supported card readers, download devices and tachographs; and the need for an internet connection for activation and renewal. The customer is responsible for meeting these requirements.
8.5 Free trial. Before buying, the customer can try the TAGRA program free of charge for 30 days at tagra.app. The Seller recommends using the trial to check compatibility and that the program meets the customer's needs.
8.6 Renewal and annual licence fee. The first licence period (12 months) is included in the purchase price. Each further 12-month licence period is subject to the annual licence fee, which is currently:
| Edition | Annual licence fee (EUR, excl. VAT) |
|---|---|
| TAGRA TRUCKER | 19 |
| TAGRA 1, TAGRA 2 | 79 |
| TAGRA 4, TAGRA 6 | 99 |
| TAGRA MAX | 149 |
VAT is added under Article 5. For consumers, the program shows the annual licence fee including VAT. The licence is renewed, and the annual licence fee paid, directly from the TAGRA program. Each renewal is a separate order. Before each renewal, the program shows the price including VAT (where applicable), the licence period and the payment obligation, and the Seller confirms the renewal by e-mail. Renewal is not automatic, and the Seller does not charge the annual licence fee without the customer's order. Article 9 applies to renewals by consumers in the same way. The Seller may change the amount of the annual licence fee for future licence periods. A change never affects a licence period already paid for, and the Seller will announce it at least 30 days in advance.
8.7 Licence not renewed. If the licence is not renewed by the end of the current licence period, the program stops working when that period ends. It can be used again after renewal.
- [Consumers] A renewal after a gap starts a new 12-month licence period at the annual licence fee in force at that time. No fee is charged for the period in which the program was not in use.
- [B2B] A renewal after a gap requires payment of the annual licence fees for all licence periods missed since the licence lapsed, plus the fee for the new period.
Data already stored on the customer's computer is not deleted by the Seller when the licence lapses.
8.8 Updates. During each paid licence period, the Seller supplies, free of charge, the updates needed to keep the program in conformity with the contract, including security updates and updates reflecting changes in the legal requirements for tachograph data. The Seller informs the customer about such updates. The Seller is not liable to a consumer for a lack of conformity caused solely by the consumer not installing an update within a reasonable time, provided that the Seller informed the consumer of the update and of the consequences of not installing it, and that the failure was not caused by deficient installation instructions.
8.9 Changes to the program. During a licence period, the Seller may change the program beyond what is needed for conformity only for a valid reason (for example security, legal changes, new technical requirements or improvements). Such changes come at no extra cost to the customer, and the Seller informs the customer of them clearly. If such a change negatively affects a consumer's access to or use of the program more than slightly, the Seller informs the consumer reasonably in advance, on a durable medium (e-mail), of the features and timing of the change and of the consumer's right to terminate the contract. The consumer may then terminate the contract free of charge within 30 days of receiving this information or of the change being made, whichever is later. The Seller refunds the proportionate part of the price for the remaining licence period within 14 days of the termination.
8.10 Customer data and legal obligations. The customer is responsible for backing up the data processed with the program (in particular downloaded tachograph and driver card data). The customer is also responsible for meeting their own legal obligations to download, archive and present tachograph data (in particular under Regulation (EU) No 165/2014 and Regulation (EC) No 561/2006). The program is a tool to help with these obligations. This does not affect the Seller's liability for the conformity of the program with the contract.
9. Right of withdrawal for TAGRA licences and express consent to immediate supply [Consumers]
9.1 A consumer has the right to withdraw from a contract for the supply of a TAGRA licence (digital content not supplied on a tangible medium) within 14 days of the conclusion of the contract, without giving any reason. The withdrawal is made as described in Article 10.2.
9.2 The consumer loses this right of withdrawal once the supply of the licence has started, if the consumer has:
- given their prior express consent to the supply starting before the 14-day withdrawal period ends, and
- acknowledged that they thereby lose the right of withdrawal, and
- the Seller has confirmed the consent and acknowledgement in the order confirmation on a durable medium (e-mail).
9.3 The consumer gives the consent and acknowledgement by ticking a separate checkbox in the order form that is not pre-ticked, with this wording: "I expressly request that delivery of the TAGRA licence begins before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period. I acknowledge that I lose my right to withdraw from the licence contract once delivery begins." The Seller records the consent and includes it in the order confirmation, which is sent before the licence data is delivered.
9.4 If the consumer does not give this consent, the Seller delivers the licence only after the 14-day withdrawal period has ended.
9.5 Loss of the right of withdrawal from the licence does not affect the consumer's right to withdraw from the purchase of physical goods (Article 10), or the consumer's rights if the program is not in conformity with the contract (Article 11).
10. Right of withdrawal for physical goods [Consumers]
10.1 A consumer has the right to withdraw from a contract for the purchase of physical goods (hardware) within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day on which the consumer, or a third party named by the consumer (other than the carrier), receives the goods. Where several goods ordered in one order are delivered separately, the period runs from the receipt of the last item.
10.2 To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must inform the Seller of their decision to withdraw by a clear statement. They can do this:
- using the withdrawal form at /withdrawal-form/, sent by e-mail or by letter; or
- by e-mail to sales@tagra.app; or
- by letter to the Seller's registered office.
The consumer may use the model withdrawal form, but this is not required. The withdrawal period is met if the consumer sends the withdrawal statement before the period ends. The Seller confirms receipt of a withdrawal without undue delay on a durable medium (e-mail).
10.3 Refund. If the consumer withdraws, the Seller refunds all payments received from the consumer under the contract concerned, including the cost of the standard delivery, without undue delay and in any case within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal. The Seller does not refund additional costs that result from the consumer choosing a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered. The Seller refunds using the same means of payment the consumer used, unless the consumer expressly agrees otherwise; the consumer pays no fees for this. The Seller may withhold the refund until it has received the goods back or the consumer has provided proof of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.
10.4 Return of goods. The consumer must send back or hand over the goods to the Seller without undue delay and in any case within 14 days of withdrawing. The return address is Truck Data Technology, s.r.o., U trati 886/52, 100 00 Prague 10, Czech Republic. The consumer bears the direct cost of returning the goods. The consumer is liable only for a reduction in the value of the goods caused by handling them in a way other than what is needed to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
10.5 Bundles. A bundle (TAGRA licence + DOWNLOAD BOX II S) combines the sale of goods and the supply of a TAGRA licence. This Article does not affect the consumer's rights where the law treats the bundle as a single contract (for example goods with digital elements). If a consumer withdraws only from the hardware part, the Seller refunds the part of the bundle price that relates to the hardware. That part is calculated by dividing the bundle discount between the licence and the hardware in proportion to their separate prices in the Shop at the time of the order. The Seller will tell the consumer this amount on request before the order is placed. If the consumer can still withdraw from the licence (Article 9), they may withdraw from the whole bundle.
10.6 The right of withdrawal does not apply in the other cases where the law excludes it.
10.7 [B2B] Business customers have no statutory right of withdrawal.
11. Rights from defective performance (legal guarantee), warranty and complaints
11.1 [Consumers] Legal guarantee for goods. The Seller is liable to the consumer for any lack of conformity of the goods (hardware) that exists when the goods are received and that becomes apparent within 24 months of receipt. A defect that becomes apparent within one year of receipt is presumed to have existed at the time of receipt, unless the nature of the goods or of the defect rules this out. The consumer may ask for the defect to be removed, free of charge, by repair or by delivery of new goods. The consumer may ask for a reasonable price reduction or withdraw from the contract, in particular where repair or replacement is impossible or refused, where the Seller has not carried it out within a reasonable time or without significant inconvenience to the consumer, where the defect reappears or another defect appears despite the attempted repair, or where the defect is a serious breach of the contract. The consumer cannot withdraw from the contract if the defect is insignificant. Mandatory consumer protection under the law of the consumer's country of habitual residence is not affected (Article 15.2). Under EU law, consumers have a legal guarantee of conformity of at least 2 years for goods (Directive (EU) 2019/771); the Seller is responsible for any lack of conformity that exists at delivery and becomes apparent within that period, and the consumer can claim repair, replacement, a price reduction or termination of the contract free of charge.
11.2 [Consumers] Digital content. The TAGRA licence is supplied continuously for each licence period. The Seller is liable to the consumer for any lack of conformity of the program that occurs or becomes apparent during a paid licence period. The burden of proving that the program was in conformity during that period lies with the Seller. If the program is not in conformity, the consumer may ask for it to be brought into conformity free of charge. The consumer may ask for a proportionate price reduction or terminate the contract, in particular where bringing it into conformity is impossible or refused, has not been done within a reasonable time or without significant inconvenience, where the lack of conformity persists despite the Seller's attempt to remedy it, or where it is serious. The consumer cannot terminate the contract if the lack of conformity is minor.
11.3 The 24-month period stated on product pages for hardware refers to the consumer's legal guarantee under Article 11.1. The Seller does not give consumers any additional commercial guarantee.
11.4 [B2B] Warranty. The Seller gives business customers a 24-month warranty on the hardware it manufactures, starting on the day of delivery. The warranty covers defects in material and workmanship. It does not cover defects caused by improper use, mechanical damage, unauthorised interference, use in conflict with the instructions, or normal wear and tear. Under the warranty, the Seller will repair or replace the goods, at its choice. If repair or replacement is not possible within a reasonable time, the Seller will grant a reasonable price reduction. Business customers must notify defects without undue delay after discovering them. Other claims by business customers arising from defects are excluded to the extent permitted by law.
11.5 How to make a complaint. Complaints about defective goods or digital content can be sent to sales@tagra.app or by letter to the Seller's registered office. To speed things up, please include proof of purchase (for example the order number), a description of the defect and, where possible, photographs. Goods under complaint should be sent to Truck Data Technology, s.r.o., U trati 886/52, 100 00 Prague 10, Czech Republic. The Seller confirms receipt of the complaint in writing (by e-mail), stating when it was received, what it concerns and the remedy requested.
11.6 [Consumers] The Seller decides on a consumer's complaint without undue delay (in complex cases within 3 business days). It settles the complaint, including removing the defect, within 30 days of receiving it, unless a longer period is agreed with the consumer. The Seller gives the consumer written confirmation of how and when the complaint was settled. If the Seller does not settle the complaint within this period, the consumer may withdraw from the contract or ask for a reasonable price reduction. If the complaint is justified, the Seller reimburses the consumer's reasonable costs of making it, in particular the cost of sending the goods.
11.7 The customer has no rights from defective performance for defects they caused themselves. A consumer has no such rights for a specific deviation from the usual characteristics of the goods if the Seller expressly informed the consumer of it before the contract was concluded and the consumer expressly and separately accepted it.
12. Liability [B2B]
12.1 This Article applies only to business customers. It does not exclude or limit liability where this is prohibited by Section 2898 of the Czech Civil Code. This includes liability for harm caused intentionally or by gross negligence, liability for harm to a person's life, health or other natural rights, and limitations of a weaker party's right to compensation. It also does not affect any other liability that cannot be limited by law.
12.2 Subject to Article 12.1, the Seller is not liable for indirect or consequential damage, lost profit or loss of business. The Seller is also not liable for fines, penalties or other sanctions imposed on the customer by public authorities (for example for breaches of the rules on driving times, rest periods, tachographs or the archiving of tachograph data), unless they were caused by a defect of the program or hardware for which the Seller is responsible. The Seller is also not liable for loss of data that the customer could have avoided by backing up the data properly.
12.3 Subject to Article 12.1, the Seller's total liability to a business customer for all claims arising from one contract is limited to the price paid by the customer under that contract. For a licence renewal, the limit is the annual licence fee paid for the licence period in which the damage occurred.
12.4 The parties agree that, in contracts with business customers, Sections 1799 and 1800 of the Czech Civil Code (on adhesion contracts) do not apply, to the extent permitted by Section 1801 of the Czech Civil Code. The business customer assumes the risk of a change in circumstances under Section 1765(2) of the Czech Civil Code. The Seller draws the business customer's attention in particular to Articles 8.7 (licence not renewed) and 12 (liability).
13. Customer reviews
13.1 The Shop does not currently publish customer reviews.
14. Personal data
14.1 The Seller processes customers' personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). Details are in the Privacy Policy.
15. Governing law and jurisdiction
15.1 Contracts concluded through the Shop, and any related non-contractual obligations, are governed by the law of the Czech Republic, in particular Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) does not apply.
15.2 [Consumers] This choice of law does not deprive a consumer of the protection given by the mandatory provisions of the law of the country where the consumer has their habitual residence (Article 6(2) of Regulation (EC) No 593/2008, Rome I).
15.3 [Consumers] A consumer may bring proceedings against the Seller in the courts of the Czech Republic or in the courts of the Member State where the consumer is domiciled. The Seller may bring proceedings against a consumer only in the courts of the Member State where the consumer is domiciled.
15.4 [B2B] Disputes with business customers are decided by the courts of the Czech Republic having jurisdiction for the Seller's registered office. This does not apply if the customer is in fact a consumer (Article 1.4).
16. Complaints handling and out-of-court dispute resolution [Consumers]
16.1 The Seller handles consumer complaints by e-mail at sales@tagra.app.
16.2 A consumer may submit a consumer dispute arising from a contract with the Seller to the body competent for the out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes:
- Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce, ČOI), ADR Department, Gorazdova 1969/24, 120 00 Prague 2, Czech Republic, adr.coi.cz/en, www.coi.cz/en.
16.3 Consumers living in another EU Member State can also get free help with a cross-border dispute from the European Consumer Centres Network (ECC-Net), for example from the European Consumer Centre Czech Republic at www.evropskyspotrebitel.cz.
16.4 The Seller carries on business under a trade licence. Compliance with consumer protection law is supervised by the Czech Trade Inspection Authority. Compliance with data protection law is supervised by the Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ, www.uoou.gov.cz).
17. Final provisions
17.1 If any provision of these Terms is invalid or ineffective, the remaining provisions stay in force. Towards business customers, the invalid or ineffective provision is replaced by a valid provision whose meaning comes as close as possible to it.
17.2 The Seller may change these Terms. A contract is always governed by the version of the Terms in force when the order was placed. A licence renewal (Article 8.6) is governed by the version in force at the time of the renewal.
17.3 Annex: Model withdrawal form.
17.4 These Terms take effect on 1 November 2026.
